To read every application with the same care, we use software that compares it with the requirements published for the role and suggests the order in which we review it. It never rejects anyone on its own: every decision is made by a person who has read your application.
You can ask us to delete your application and your CV at any time. We then delete them together with our notes about you; our system log keeps only a record that the deletion was carried out. Reply to the confirmation email or write to hello@opengatekz.com.
We keep requests and correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you or may need them to continue a conversation, newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe, and applications until the hiring for that role is decided or you ask us to delete yours.
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to the data behind the site is limited to opengate staff who need it for their work, and forms are protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
